General

The Schecter C-1 Standard is a versatile electric guitar from the affordable Standard series. The instrument combines a mahogany body with a beautiful figured-burl top to create a striking Black Fade Burst finish. The bolt-on roasted maple neck features a comfortable Thin C profile and a rosewood fingerboard. With 24 jumbo frets and a scale length of 25.5 inches / 648 mm, the C-1 feels familiar for a wide range of playing styles. The black hardware completes the look.

Powerful passive humbuckers

In terms of sound, this C-1 features two Schecter Diamond Standard humbuckers with black metal covers. The pickups provide a powerful foundation for heavy riffs and lead parts, but are also suitable for clear and dynamic passages. Thanks to the HH configuration, you get a direct, full-bodied tone with plenty of punch. The controls are clearly laid out and the fixed Schecter Diamond Hardtail bridge provides a stable foundation whilst playing. This makes the guitar ideal for guitarists looking for a reliable electric guitar for rock, pop and heavier music styles.

Comfortable construction

The C-1 Standard has been designed with playing comfort and reliability in mind. The 42 mm-wide nut, Thin C-shaped neck and 24 jumbo frets provide a comfortable foundation for both chords and solo work. The roasted maple neck also gives the instrument a modern look. The Schecter tuners, together with the fixed bridge, ensure stable tuning. This model is supplied without a case; Schecter lists the SCSGR-1C as a separately available case. This makes the C-1 Standard a practical choice for both beginner guitarists and experienced players looking for an affordable backup instrument.
