General

The Damien-6 has the same look as the atmosphere in the film of the same name. This will be no coincidence, as this guitar is made for playing the heaviest riffs in obscure, dark clubs. Thus, the rosewood fingerboard features bats and the body has a matte black finish which gives it a sinister look. Talking about the body, it is made of mahogany and gives the guitar warmth in addition to a tight sound. Something that works well for the clean parts you naturally play alongside all the metal violence. The body also has a nice curve that makes it look exclusive and pricey. The neck is screwed onto the body and this gives a nice 'snappy' sound.

Elegant simplicity

The control layout is simple: a volume knob, a tone knob and a three-way switch. On the tone knob is a push/pull switch that allows you to create single coil sounds in addition to the full humbucker sound. In terms of pickups, things are pretty good too; these are two Schecter Diamond Heretic pickups that sound both tight and defined - something the Schecter Custom Hardtail bridge only adds to with its string-through-body design. The thin 'C' shape of the neck combined with a 14-inch fingerboard radius will make many a shredder's heart beat faster. Schecter tuning machines keep the strings in tune and work solidly and accurately.
