General

The Schecter Demon 6 FR is an electric guitar for guitarists who love a rugged look and powerful tones. The body is made from basswood and features a Crimson Red Burst finish, whilst the Black Chrome hardware and Gothic Cross inlays emphasise its dark character. The bolt-on maple neck features a wenge fingerboard and a Thin C profile. With 24 X-Jumbo frets, a scale length of 25.5 inches (648 mm) and a nut width of 41.3 mm, this Demon 6 FR offers a modern playing experience.

Active Schecter pickups

In terms of sound, the Demon 6 FR features two Schecter Diamond Active HB-105S humbuckers. The same active pickup is fitted in both the bridge and neck positions, providing a powerful foundation that’s perfectly suited to heavy music styles. The guitar is fitted with Schecter tuners and a Floyd Rose Special bridge. This allows you to perform expressive vibrato effects and subtle pitch bends, whilst the double-locking system helps to keep the tuning stable during intensive tremolo use. The guitar is strung with D’Addario Regular Light NYXL 1046 (.010–.046).

Dark appearance, modern playability

The Demon series is renowned for its distinctive aesthetics, and this Crimson Red Burst model is no exception. The combination of the red burst finish, Black Chrome hardware and Gothic Cross inlays gives the guitar a striking and dark appearance. The 24 X-Jumbo frets and 25.5-inch scale length make the Demon 6 FR suitable for modern playing techniques and fast passages. A matching case is not included, but the guitar is compatible with the Schecter SCSGR-1C case, which is available separately.
