General
The Classic Vibe Series includes a range of affordable vintage Stratocaster and Telecaster models produced by Fender's daughter company, Squier. These electric guitars are characterised by a classic sound and look and fully indulge ambitious beginners as well as intermediate guitarists, delivering the round, balanced and powerful bark of two Alnico single-coils and an Alnico humbucker.
The Classic Vibe 60s Strat: Timeless Style
The finish, paint-matched headstock, tinted maple neck, and off-white tuning pegs combine to give this instrument its vintage feel. Meanwhile, the fat, responsive and balanced high-output sound of the HSS configuration is enhanced by raised magnet poles which, since they're closer to the strings, ensure balanced vibrational transfer across the board.

Having been copied numerous times by many manufacturers and at various prices, Fender took matters into their own hands by establishing Squier in 1982 so that they could offer musicians affordable, Fender-quality-controlled models.
