General
The Traveler Ultra-Light Electric Deluxe in Olive Green Matte is designed for guitarists who want to play on the go without compromising on the familiar feel of a full-size electric guitar. With a total length of just 29.5”, it is remarkably compact, whilst the 25.5” scale length remains unchanged. The headless design keeps the weight down (approx. 1.93 kg) and makes transport a breeze. Ideal for hotel rooms, backstage, on the tour bus or simply at home on the sofa. It also comes with a deluxe Ultra-Light gig bag and a sling strap.
Playing comfort & construction
In terms of build, this is a serious electric guitar: a poplar body with a bolt-on maple neck and an ebonised purpleheart fingerboard. The 22 medium-jumbo nickel-silver frets, dot inlays and 15.75” radius ensure a modern, smooth playing experience that feels comfortable for both chords and lead work. The nut width of 41.4 mm is close to what you’d expect from a standard guitar. A clever detail is the removable comfort-foam lap rest, ensuring the guitar remains stable and comfortable when played whilst seated, yet can be easily clicked off for transport.
Modern high-output sound
Whilst many travel guitars aim for a more vintage character, the Ultra-Light Electric Deluxe focuses on modern, powerful tones. The two active full-size humbuckers deliver tight lows, clear mids and plenty of output, ensuring that rock and metal parts come across convincingly, without clean passages becoming muddy. Controls are quick and easy to use via the 3-way mini-toggle pickup selector and the volume and tone controls. Connection is via a 6.35 mm mono output jack. The pickups are powered by a single 9V battery (not included) and the guitar comes factory-strung with D’Addario EXL110 strings.
