The Vintage V120GHB: Quality Parts

For the body and neck of the V120, Vintage used mahogany. This gives the guitar a full, warm foundation sound with enough bright bite. Both parts have been glued together for more directness and enhanced sustain, while the partly-adjustable Wilkinson wrap-around bridge helps to ensure optimal intonation. The machine heads and the 'dog-ear' pickup, a P-90 in this case, come from Wilkinson as well, and the pickup has a stacked design for a fat and powerful P-90 sound without that annoying 50Hz hum.
