Properties of the Zwier S-model

For this guitar, Zwier only used premium wood types. Its body is made of alder and its neck of maple. The body has a high-gloss black lacquer finish, while the 21-fret neck has a satin-soft oil on the back and a rosewood fretboard. There's little to complain about when it comes to the hardware on this guitar, as it is fitted with a smooth and stable Wilkinson tremolo bridge with steel block, as well as a set of vintage-style Gotoh tuners.

4 Seasons pickups and USA electronics

This stylish black Zwier guitar has an SSS pickup configuration comprised of 4 Seasons pickups. This is a set of hand-wound, low-output alnico 5 single-coils with a clear, balanced tone without the familiar 50/60Hz hum. To ensure a long life of reliability and perfect intonation, this Zwier S model was fitted with high-quality American electronics: CTS potentiometers, a CRL 5-way pickup switch and a high-output jack by Switchcraft USA.
