The Gretsch G5022CWFE-12 is a 12-string electro-acoustic western guitar with a powerful sound and an impressive finish. All Ranchers - originating from the 1950s - are equipped with a distinctive triangular sound hole and an elegant pickguard, which has received a smashing gold makeover for this particular model. This Falcon version is lavishly decorated, featuring a V-shaped headstock, gold-plated tuners and remarkable Gold Sparkle details along the bindings, on the headstock and on the heel cap.

The Gretsch Rancher Falcon Jumbo is a sparkling 12-string guitar that can be played both acoustically and amplified. Play it acoustically, and you'll notice that its solid spruce top produces a rugged, clear tone that carries remarkably far. The large jumbo-size body adds to the impressive volume and ensures a heavy dose of bass and trebles, making the guitar an ideal backing instrument. The arched back of the G5022CWFE-12 beautifully matches the rounded shape of the scrumptious white jumbo body.

The Rancher Falcon Jumbo 12-String is equipped with a solid piezo pickup, and with a reliable, inconspicuous Isys+ preamp with Sonicore pickup from the renowned brand Fishman. The latter doesn't only feature a volume knob and a two-band equalizer, but has a practical phase controller as well, ensuring a better bass response at low volumes and feedback suppression at high volumes. An integrated chromatic tuner is also at your disposal to help you quickly and easily tune your twelve strings to perfection.

La guitarra llegó perfectamente embalada. Está muy bien construida, es muy sólida. El mástil es muy robusto, al igual que la pala. Es un instrumento diseñado para aguantar la tensión de las 12 cuerdas sin despeinarse.
Estéticamente no tiene el más mínimo fallo, y si te gusta el blanco con chorreras doradas te va a encantar. Es una guitarra realmente preciosa al natural, mucho más que en las fotos (también debo decir que pesa algo más de lo que esperaba, nada malo, al contrario).
En cuanto al sonido y la tocabilidad, que es lo que más nos interesa, debo decir que no desmerece en absoluto a su aspecto externo. El mástil permite un ajuste muy cómodo para la mano izquierda. Sin olvidar que una 12 cuerdas nunca se va a poder tocar con la facilidad de una de seis, esta guitarra es lo más cercano que he encontrado. El sonido es dulce, potente y equilibrado. Responde perfectamente a los cambios de intensidad. En fin, una muy buena jumbo de 12 cuerdas, muy recomendable
