The Seagull Coastline S12 Cedar QI is an electro-acoustic 12-string guitar that features a Godin EPM Quantum I preamplifier and a solid cedar top. This beautiful Canadian guitar has a great high-quality finish, the results of which you're sure to notice from the first note you play. Furthermore, the slim, set neck is made from Silver Leaf Maple and is accompanied by a 21-fret rosewood fretboard. It should also be added that this guitar features a tapered headstock to ensure incredibly stable tuning, as it pulls the strings straighter than typical models with a larger angle at the string nut.

Coastline S12 Cedar QI: Materials

The top of this natural guitar is made of solid cedar to provide a mild tone with relatively modest dynamics and a direct response. You'll find that the general sound of this guitar is very warm, so you can count on sufficient power in the lower registers. Laminated Canadian cherry wood was used to make the sides and back of the S12 QI, and the guitar is finished with a semi-gloss, which is done by hand in the small Canadian town of its birth.
