General

The Sigma Guitars DSME from the SE Series is an electro-acoustic steel-string guitar with a bit of an unusual shape. This Dreadnought guitar has a thinner body with the depth of a triple-O and a shorter-than-usual 23.5-inch scale length. This means that the frets are closer together so anyone with smaller hands can grip chords with ease. Since the total length of the guitar is shorter, taking it with you on the road has just become a lot easier.

The DSME with Preamp

Sigma have opted for a solid Sitka spruce top to grace the DSME with excellent sound characteristics, including bright tone and masses of volume. Mahogany sides and back complete the body and add to the already rich foundation sound and, since Sigma have equipped this guitar with a preamp, volume control, 3-band EQ and an integrated tuner, it can be plugged into an amp for stage and studio use.
