General

If you're after a compact electro-acoustic guitar, Sigma's attractively-priced LM-SGE+ could be the model for you. It has a comfortable double O body that's smaller than both dreadnought and triple O models. The scale length is relatively short at 24.75 inches and the string nut width measures 1.69 inches. Thanks to the combination of a solid Sitka spruce top and a back, sides and neck made of mahogany, the LM-SGE+ produces a bright, well-balanced sound. The built-in piezo pickup and preamplifier means this model can be easily amplified too.
