The Takamine GF30CE is available in three colours: Natural, Black and this stylish Brown Sunburst version. This guitar is part of the 2013 G Series, characterised by instruments with an exceptional price-to-quality ratio. The GF30CE-BSB gives beginners and more advanced players with a tight budget great value for money. It features a solid-top construction, Takamine's compact FXC-sized body and a very comfortable, slim neck. Because the GF30CE is electro-acoustic, it's perfect for recordings and for live performances!

Takamine GF30CE-BSB: Small Body, Great Sound

The body of the GF30CE might have the curves of a large Jumbo, but it is just as compact as a Triple O-style steel-string guitar. This makes the steel-string acoustic guitar perfect for younger guitarists and adults with a smaller build. Despite its small size, the Takamine GF30CE-BSB delivers a surprisingly full sound. This is due to its solid spruce top and mahogany sides and back, giving the guitar a clear, balanced tone with sweet and clearly articulated bass sounds. As the body has a cutaway, it's incredibly easy to reach the 20th fret and a pinless bridge allows for a faster, easier string replacement.

TP-4TD Preamp with Built-In Tuner

The electronic heart of the GF30CE is formed by Takamine's TP-4TD preamplifier. This preamp features a large volume knob (gain) and a 3-band shelving EQ with Bass, Middle and Treble. It also has an auto-chromatic tuner with LED display on board so that you can keep your twelve strings in tune on the darkest of stages. The electronics are powered by means of a 9V battery that can be accessed via a practical lid. A lamp indicates when the battery needs to be replaced.

Brilliant guitar with smooth easy playable neck and a small thinn body, still with a full and balanced sound. Setting was a bit to high for my taste and had to fixed, otherwise five stars.

Prima gitaar! Klinkt helder, maar wel wat minder bass/body in het geluid. De gitaar is relatief klein.
Tot mijn verbazing speelt de gitaar erg soepel. Deze is goed afgesteld. Zelf speel ik veel elektrisch. Voor af te wisselen is deze gitaar perfect!

Jammer dat de levering 4 dagen te laat kwam en er op de hals van de gitaar in het hout een plekje kleurverschil zit. Dit lijkt wel op een fout of beschadiging. Ik hoop dat Bax hier nog iets mee doet!
