Ik heb een aantal van deze klemmen besteld omdat na 12 jaar de originele klemmen begonnen te breken/scheuren. (terwijl mijn Roland TD12, twaalf jaar geleden is opgebouwd en nooit is afgebroken).
Wat ik me niet had gerealiseerd, toen ik de foto bekeek, dat deze klemmen niet open te scharnieren zijn. Dit betekent dat je je drumrack gedeeltelijk moet demonteren om de klem over het uiteinde van de buis op de buis te schuiven. Niet erg handig. Aan de andere kant, wanneer je klemmen koopt die wel openscharnieren betaal je meer dan twee keer zoveel, en als je nu weer 12 jaar vooruit kan...
Eenmaal gemonteerd voelen de klemmen wel solide.
