This little plug converter gets useful when assembling network cables yourself. Slot the Neutrik NE8MX-B-1 etherCON housing around an RJ45 plug for a stable, lockable connection. This converter is compatible with pre-assembled cables with a 3.5mm to 8mm diameter.

Wrote the following about Neutrik NE8MX-B-1 Male etherCON Cable Connector

Je koopt een lege huls. Als je deze op een kabel wilt monteren moet dus de connector worden verwijderd. Vervolgens plaats je de huls, monteert een nieuwe connector en test de verbinding. Alles goed met de kabeltester vervolgens de Neutrix huls sluiten maar dan..... aansluiten op de X32 (in mijn geval) en de stagebox en blijkt het niet te werken. Geen communicatie.
Hulsen er weer af en alles getest, werkt goed. Kennelijk niet de juiste maatvoering of iets anders mis.
Het staat een beetje stom maar toen toch maar weer een 25 meterkabel van Aliexpress er tussen gehangen en een hele avond een prima live set gebruikt. Jammer.
