General

The Erica Synths Black Code Source Expander is not a generic eurorack module, but really an add-on for the same manufacturer's Code Source module. That Code Source module is a dedicated noise generator. This Expander adds some functionality to it: envelopes! At Erica Synths, they call it autobend. It's an effect that you can apply perfectly if you like the drum sounds that came out of primitive(er) computers in the 80s. You may know the genre as 'chip-tune'. Note that you can only use this Expander with the Code Source, you also connect it under the hood to the Code Source and nothing else.
