Sonicsmith ConVertor E1 Oscillator/Pitch Follower

The Sonicsmith ConVertor E1 is an odd bit of kit. Normally, Eurorack modules are pretty straightforward, designed to do only one thing like envelope, oscillate or filter while everything else is patched in using additional modules. The ConVertor, however, is practically a complete synth housed in a tiny box finished with just a handful of controls. In reality, it's a pitch-follower that can track the pitch of vocals or the sound of, say, a guitar and send this out via CV so the other modules in your Eurorack can go to town on it. In terms of synthesis, there are a bunch of functions that can be accessed using (combinations of) the fitted controls and, while the ConVertor E1 alone isn't as extensive a complete collection of Eurorack modules, it's certainly a pure audio-driven oscillator that can pull off a few tricks that more ordinary oscillators can't.
