Using the DN9630 from Klark Teknik, you can connect your computer to an AES50 network. Many digital mixers offer the possibility to send digital audio out over Ethernet to bridge long distances without any latency and the DN9630 puts 48 inputs and outputs at your disposal and has an RJ45 connection for control data, meaning that you can control the functions on your mixer right from your computer screen.
