The ESI U168 XT audio interface has 16 inputs and 8 outputs, all of which are balanced TRS analogue connectors that can receive stereo signals. As well as analogue, this interface also features digital S/PDIF/RCA connection options and supports audio quality of up to 96 kHz. Connect your condenser or dynamic microphone using the four XLR/TRS combo inputs on the front, two of which have a higher impedance (Hi-Z). The interface is powered by means of an included power adapter and is compatible with both Windows and Mac systems thanks to its ASIO 2.0 and CoreAudio drivers.

ESI U168 XT USB audio interface

Waardeloos apparaat, top service van Bax. Met geen mogelijkheid krijg ik hem aan de praat in Windows 10 een en al vastlopers. Meerdere systemen geprobeerd, schone W10 installatie. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik er op een Windows 7 minuten kort geluid uit, totdat de mediaspeler vastliep met veel gepiep en gekraak. Na een snelle vervanging door Bax helaas nog steeds geen geluk. Jaren terug al eens een ESI Juli@ aangeschaft, ook één en al ellende en omgeruild voor een EMU1212m.

Voor mij geen ESI meer. Nu helaas op zoek naar meer dan 8 inputs voor m'n volca's. Dan maar een audio interface met extra aansluitingen via adat.
