The 2Pre by Focusrite, designer and producer of some of the most popular audio interfaces in the world, is the most compact audio interface in the Clarett series. Focusrite's Clarett 2Pre combines a completely overhauled preamp design with the latest Thunderbolt technology to result in exceptional sound quality and an interface with latency of less than 1 ms.
Heritage sound
The Clarett 2Pre interface offers crystal-clear conversion with 24-bit, 192kHz sample rates. Furthermore, it's equipped with a brand new microphone preamp based on the legendary ISA console module. The original ISA has long been considered to be the best-sounding analogue console ever, and the Clarett has the same impedance and warm analogue sound. The result is unbelievable clarity combined with the legendary Focusrite Heritage Sound that made Focusrite famous.
Thunderbolt
Amazing sound quality combined with Thunderbolt's low-latency performance makes the Clarett 2Pre one of the very best in its class. The interface is great for singer/songwriters and home producers.

Une faible latence, la fonction AIR appréciable.
J'espère juste que le logiciel Focusrite Control sera mis à jour prochainement avec un traitement intégré (EQ, Comp, Réverbe) et elle sera parfaite.
