General
All computers that are being sold these days, come with a sound card. These are usually good enough for normal use, but if you want to edit music on your computer, things often go wrong. With this USB interface, Behringer has made it possible for you to connect 4 RCAs to your computer (two input and two output).
Thanks to the included software, it is possible to transfer high-quality recordings on to your own computer or to make a podcast. You can also assign the USB interface to particular programs on your computer. In emergencies it is even possible to send your DJ software to your mixer via two channels, by using this interface in combination with your on-board sound card. It is designed for one-channel stereo use, however. This still leaves room for a lot of different applications. Thanks to the 48kHz converters, the Behringer UCA222 USB-interface is very exact and there is only little delay. The gilded connectors ensure the quality of the sound and make sure the interface is durable so that you can use it for a long time to come.
This product comes with a version of Tracktion 4 (DAW), which can be downloaded after online registration.

I bought this to plug into my Macbook and supply a quality audio signal to my active studio monitors. Installation was a breeze, just plug in and select 'USB Audio codec' in system preferences/audio, then connect stereo phono to twin XLR leads to the monitors, and results excellent. Well worth the money for that alone, and I've also got the A/D stereo input pair, digital output and headphone socket, and all with Behringer quality.

Only had this for a week so far, using it as an interface between a Behringer XENYX 802 and an old laptop running LINUX Mint Xfce, and then on into Audacity. Works a treat, plug and play and off you go. Benchmark for Audacity is +200 tracks so plenty of scope for my two mics, a base and a tenor ukulele. Okay its only 16 bit at 48K but that's better than a CD and at just over £20 it is a bargain
If you want to learn the art of recording and mixing an ideal tool, if you want the best get the credit card out, I would totally recommend this product

Zeer handige interface voor analoog/ digitaal conversie. Handig om externe bronnen (bv platenspeler) te samplen naar je computer, of om het signaal van je computer uit te sturen naar een mengpaneel of andere externe bron.
Heb er enkele metingen mee uitgevoerd en het signaal is heel transparant zonder enige kleuring, en de noise floor ligt ook extreem laag. Perfect voor deze prijs dus.

prima no-nonsense interface. Bij mij in gebruik om muziek van de laptop naar de mixer te sturen. Ik heb er intussen 2 in gebruik. Geen extra software nodig. Per abuis een B-stock besteld maar behalve een ontbrekende originele verpakking is er er geen verschil met de vorige bestelling.

Een poos geleden deze interface aangeschaft voor muziekbewerking en converteren van zowel digitale als analoge audio. Werkt perfect! Draait op een laptop met Linux Mint en ook daar wordt de interface direct herkend. Ik heb er ontzettend veel plezier van. Ook voor Bax-shop 5 sterren.

Prima interface. Bezorging was snel. Het enige probleem was de installatie in Windows 10. In Audacity werd alleen het linker signaal van een stereo signaal opgenomen. Heeft me een avond gekost om dat uit te zoeken. Maar verder niets dan lof.
