With the Steep Series, Mooer finally enter the world of audio interfaces. This nicely compact 2x2 model spearheads the operation and supports 24-bit/192 kHz audio, resulting in pro-quality recordings. Portable enough for use on-location, the STEEP II is USB-powered and, besides two USB-C ports for power, firmware updates and connecting to a laptop, it comes with two phantom-powered jack/XLR combo inputs for microphones and instruments, two balanced jack outputs, a headphone jack, and a set of MIDI ports (1x in, 1x out). Opt for latency-free direct monitoring or mix the source signal in directly with the output signal of your DAW - the choice is yours. Happy recording!
