Take the WHE401S Swollen Pickle Jumbo Fuzz MKIIS for instance. It can go berserk just like the MKII, but it fits better on your pedal board thanks to its compact size. In other words, this is a fuzz you can build on! In the meantime, the Jumbo Fuzz will have to do, which is powered by a regular 9-volt adapter.

Filter, scoop & crunch

Sometimes, a grainy edge is all you need, and other times, the effect needs to blow your audience away. Using the Loudness and Sustain knobs, this little green pedal will do your bidding. But the Swollen Pickle has even more in store. By experimenting with the Filter control, you can take advantage of an arsenal of rambunctious bandpass-filtered tones, give your amp's mid-tones what for with the Scoop, or flatten out that fuzz with the Crunch. Still not done? Tweak your sound even further with the internal controls, which include Clip for determining the type of fuzz sustain and Voice for adjusting the intensity of the Scoop.

NAMM 2016: Way Huge Sounds Bigger Than Ever!

There's plenty of new goodies to admire at NAMM 2016, including these three new pedals by Way Huge. The Green Rhino MKIV and Overrated Special (both overdrive pedals), and the Swollen Pickle Jumbo Fuzz MKIIS proudly offer a wealth of settings to adjust and an aptly huge sound. While these Way Huge pedals sound plenty big, their housings have been kept as compact as possible, which means they're very practical.
