The British Pedal Company present the MKI Tone Bender: an upgraded version of the original Metal Case Tone Bender built by Gary Hurst in 1965 crammed in a compact stompbox housing decked out in a classic gold Hammerite finish. Loaded with Germanium PNP transistors, this boutique effect pedal immediately generates aggressive, fully-sustained fuzz effects as soon as it's plugged in and fired up, while its massively dynamic attack pushes your sound through any mix with ample clarity. The MKI Tone Bender can be powered via a 9V battery or a standard 9V DC power supply, but bear in mind that it should only be plugged into either its own single-pedal power supply or an isolated output of a multi-pedal power supply.

• Please note: Since the internal PNP transistors can't handle daisy-chaining, every BPC Compact Series pedal requires its own isolated 9V power supply.
