General

The VOX VFZ-1 is a modern take on the legendary late-60s Mk 1.5 two-transistor fuzz. You get that warm, musical 'Germanium-like' response, but with the stability and low noise of silicon transistors. Thanks to its high input impedance, you place it flexibly in your chain, even after wah pedals or buffers. Use Bass Cut, Tone Cut and the Crunch Switch to tune the fuzz from thick sustain to tighter, low-gain drive.
