With the Osram SIRIUS HRI 371 W+, you get a gas discharge lamp with a colour temperature of 7650 K (cloudy day) and a light output of 18,300 lumens. The difference between this "plus" variant and the regular variant, is that this lamp has a slightly higher working distance of 37.4 mm (versus 31.4 mm) and a higher average lifespan of no less than 3,000 burning hours versus 1,500 hours. The lamp has an efficient ignition design, which allows it to operate in various positions (think moving fixtures, moving heads, etc.). The lamp delivers constant light output over its entire lifetime.
