Bax Music Gift Card £100

Purchased EV 12 inch sub arrived in excellent condition .used gift vouchers to purchase . Staff were very helpful in helping me. As I had £600 worth of vouchers they had to create a manual purchase as you can only use a maximum of £100 voucher on-line.

Possibly an even better gift than that specific piece of kit that they “need”… with a gift card you’re giving something really special - the gift of choice.
Yes, I ended up getting the same thing that I originally thought I would, but there were a few weeks of browsing the website to see all the options first. I spent some time gathering a few shopping baskets that could offer me good value, more flexibility, a different sound, an alternative style… and I guess I’m just the sort of person who enjoys the browsing part of the experience, imagining all the options and having some proper time to consider all eventualities.
Ok, so the process of using the gift cards wasn’t entirely straightforward, and there was a silly problem when I got to the payment screen and the transaction timed out - it somehow wiped the gift card from my transaction and wouldn’t accept the code again (because it was already logged as used). But a simple email to the support team and I was back on track again, with perfect service and fast delivery.

My Wife purchased £125 worth of gift cards for me as a present, but unfortunately I misplaced them during our home being renovated.



I initially contacted Bax a month ago to explain and received a reply stating that if I could provide any proof of purchase, they would "see what they could do"



I supplied them with the original invoice - including my account number and proof of purchase. I had to call them today and was told by an agent called Gina, that they hadn't received this email but she would speak to her Supervisor.



She eventually returned to our call and advised that she had found the information, but her Supervisor had said that they were NOT prepared to reissue the gift cards unless I could provide them with the serial number on both gift cards; WHICH ARE LOST!



Gina was extremely unhelpful and seemed not to be interested in assisting me in any way.



I will be contacting the appropriate Government body, as this clearly contravenes my rights as a consumer - making their decision ILLEGAL!



Furthermore, she told me that they were only valid for one year, which I had exceeded. Nowhere on the product information does it state this.
