The Sela Wind Gong 28" Sun is a traditional, handcrafted wind gong from China. Thanks to its flat profile without a raised rim, this gong offers a wide, evenly dispersed sound field with long-lasting sustain and a rich spectrum of overtones. The ‘Sun’ finish, featuring an untreated matt bronze base and glossy concentric rings, not only enhances the visual appeal but also influences the sound: clear and powerful, yet retaining the earthy character of the untreated bronze. Every Wind Gong 28" Sun is unique, with visible hammer marks and a natural patina. You will receive the gong complete with a beechwood mallet with a fleece head and a sturdy black carry bag, ready for use in meditation, therapy or expressive music.
