The DAP AGI-101 ground loop isolator ensures high-quality audio and interference-free signal transfer. With this little addition, you can prevent the creation of ground loops and all of the annoying noises that come with them. The DAP AGI-101 is easy to place between your laptop and an amplifier to ensure optimal audio quality so you're not hindered by any ground-loop-based noise. You can also use this AGI-101 for your DVD player, mixer or other audio sources.
Tips or comments about this product- Please note: It's important for this component to be placed as close as possible to the audio transmitter, as opposed to any receiving equipment, as this will prevent loss of audio quality. For instance, if you have a mixing desk that is connected to an amplifier for your speakers, you should connect the ground loop to the output of your mixing desk, before connecting the amplifier cable.

Just WOW.... It's an amazing little gizmo. Completely cured my irritating humming and buzzing problem.
First rate price too...!
(just make sure to find the optimal location for it as it will pick up noise from transformers and psu's, but that's just par for the course with things like this. It's brilliant.)

Werkt verrassend goed! 2,5 jaar in bezit. Bij aankoop gebruikt op uitgang PC mobo, nu op SSL USB audio interface (daar was hetzelfde probleem weer aan de orde ook al onderdrukte de interface het wel iets meer). In beide gevallen het probleem (ruis/krakend/tikkend geluid bij bewegen muis/switchen van applicatie etc.) opgelost!

Ik heb deze gekocht als een soort laatste test om te controleren of misschien een ground loop (aarde-lus) de oorzaak was van de vervelende brom uit de phono voorversterker. Helaas maakte dit apparaatje de brom alleen maar erger. Naja gelukkig kostte het ook maar weinig.

Succes! Op mijn computer had ik via de geluidsuitgangen vervelende ruis en krakende geluiden. Na eerst veel geprobeerd te hebben, zoals andere kabels, beter scheiden van stroomkabels en signaalkabels, een netfilter en zelfs een andere geluidskaart, bleek dit simpele apparaatje van 10 euro dé oplossing om van het gesis en gekraak af te zijn. Nu kan ik weer genieten van meetings en muziek over de speakers. Dikke aanrader, deze isolator!

Na een verhuizing en het opnieuw inrichten van m'n homestudio had ik hele vervelende bijgeluiden uit mn KRK monitoren : veel ruis en een bijgeluiden alsof er een stoorzender van een radio doorheen zat.
De KRK's stonden op een hoge output en die heb ik verlaagd en tussen m'n audiointerface en de monitoren de DAP AGI-101 gezet en nu zijn alle bijgeluiden weg ! Ben er zeer blij mee !!!
BAX leverde natuurlijk weer binnen een dag : helemaal top !

gebruikt bij mijn zelfbouw versterker ( clone pass a30 )
na het juist afregelen had ik een ground loop op m`n rca ingangen.op de xlr ingangen was dit niet aan de orde.
ground loop isolator besteld bij jullie, na binnenkomst vandaag deze geplaatst en de groundloop was verdwenen.
werkt perfect maar mis wel een aantal db`s.
het probleem is voor nu opgelost.
om het nivo iets te verhogen ,ga ik een paar amplimo signaaltrafo`met +2db 10k-10k in het bestaande ontwerp toevoegen.
al met al dit is een goedkope en effectieve oplossing voor ground loop problemen.
een aanrader.
