General
The Floyd Rose FROFTBL42 is the upgrade for guitarists who want to get more out of their instrument. This solid brass sustain block, constructed in an L-shape and measuring 42 mm in length, brings noticeable improvements to your tone. By adding extra mass under the tremolo arm, you benefit from more sustain and richer resonance, especially in the midrange. It makes notes last just a bit longer and sound tighter. You also experience extra warmth and clarity in the overall sound of your guitar. The FROFTBL42 is suitable as a replacement or upgrade part for Floyd Rose Original, 1000 Series and Special Series tremolo systems (6- and 7-string where applicable). Please note that the larger size may require additional space on floating bridges.
