Tone City TPS-05 multi-power supply for effects pedals

General

The Tone City TPS-05 is a compact, fully isolated multi-power supply for effects pedals. Thanks to five electrically isolated outputs, you can supply multiple pedals with a stable 9V DC power supply individually. Four outputs deliver a maximum of 200 mA and one output delivers a maximum of 500 mA. The TPS-05 is designed with a high-quality power supply circuit, dual-stage filtering and a UHS IC with automatic voltage compensation. This minimises interference and noise and ensures the power supply continues to function reliably even under varying loads.

Isolated outputs and protection

Each output is electrically isolated from the other outputs and has its own short-circuit protection. In addition, the TPS-05 is fitted with a second short-circuit protection system via an IC. In the event of a short circuit, only the affected output is quickly switched off, whilst the other outputs continue to function normally. The individual status LEDs also help to quickly pinpoint any potential problem. The five outputs use 2.1 x 5.5 mm barrel connectors with negative polarity in the centre.

Compact and supplied complete

Weighing just 188 grams, the TPS-05 is easy to carry and suitable for compact pedalboards. The power supply has a casing measuring 94 x 81 x 28 mm and is powered via a 12V DC adapter. This adapter is included and delivers 3 A. The box also contains five DC power cables for connecting effects pedals, four rubber feet and a user manual. This means you’ll have all the necessary components straight away to provide individual power to multiple pedals.
