Tone City TPS-08 multi-power supply for effects pedals

General

The Tone City TPS-08 is a high-quality, fully isolated multi-power supply for effects pedals. The eight outputs are electrically isolated from one another, ensuring that connected pedals interfere with each other as little as possible. Four outputs supply 9V DC at up to 200 mA, and two outputs supply 9V DC at up to 500 mA. There are also two switchable outputs: one for 9/12V DC and one for 9/18V DC, both at up to 200 mA. All outputs are fitted with 2.1 x 5.5 mm barrel connectors with centre-negative polarity.

Stable and quiet power supply

To ensure reliable operation, the TPS-08 combines a high-quality circuit design with dual-stage filtering and a UHS IC featuring automatic voltage compensation. The power supply therefore offers high load capacity and minimises interference and noise. Each output has its own short-circuit protection, supplemented by a second protection system via an IC. In the event of a short circuit, the affected output is quickly switched off, whilst the other outputs remain unaffected. The individual status LEDs also make it easy to identify any faulty outputs.

Compact and supplied complete

The TPS-08 has a compact size of 138 x 81 x 28 mm and weighs just 288 grams. The power supply operates on a 12V DC input and comes with a 12V/3A DC adaptor. You’ll also receive eight DC power cables for connecting effects pedals. The package also includes four rubber feet, a user manual and a TPS brochure. Thanks to its various voltage options and fully isolated outputs, this multi-power supply is suitable for pedalboards on which multiple effects pedals with varying power requirements are used.
