This Dunlop 6502 Fingerboard Care Kit is no superfluous luxury if you own a good acoustic or electric bass or guitar. Over time, dark and grubby deposits can build up between the frets so it's a good idea to regularly clean your fretboard. This set also includes a cleaning cloth as well as fluid.
Unlacquered Wood
It is also important to treat unlacquered fretboards (made of rosewood for example) regularly with oil. The drying out of the wood can result in cracks and shrinking, which could spell disaster for your fretboard. The 6502 Fingerboard Care Kit is a complete cleaning kit to help you give your sensitive instrument the care it deserves.

Eerste keer dat ik deze aankoop. Normaal gebruik ik de lemon-oil. Maar voor een oude 2dehands gitaar aangekocht. Fretbord is weer zuiver door de cleaner zonder plekken of veel werk. De conditioner maakte deze weer mooi donker en zacht. Speelt weer als nieuw. Aanrader dit product

Achterstallig onderhoud aan het fretboard (toets) maakte het nodig om grondig te werk te gaan, dus.de site van Bax Music bezocht. Daar werd duidelijk beschreven wat de Dunlop 6502 Formula 65 Guitar Fingerboard Kit doet.
Er bleek ook nog een heel fijn schuur-poetsdoekje bij te zitten, waar ik de frets en (voorzichtig) de humbucker caps mee heb gereinigd.
Het fretboard ziet er weer uit als nieuw en de kleur is prachtig hersteld. Speelt ook weer lekker glad nu.
Geweldig product.

Een zeer vervuilde hals van een banjo mee schoongemaakt. Kreeg alle resten die ik met andere middelen niet wegkreeg wel met de fingerboard kit weg.
De olie trekt snel in en ruikt fijn.

Heel effectief! Mijn fretboard was droog en deze flesjes loste dat perfect op. Mijn fretboard ging van een lichtbruine kleur naar een donkerbruine kleur. Na het aanbrengen merkte ik dat mijn fretboard veel fijner aanvoelde. Slides zijn nu veel makkelijker en ik heb geen olie op mijn vingers na het spelen wat ik wel verwacht had. Zeker een aanrader!
