This is the Gibson T-Type Rhythm: a two-conductor, 7.3kOhm T-Top-style Alnico 5 neck humbucker for electric and semi-acoustic guitars. Based on Gibson's T-Top pickups produced between 1966 and 1979, this balanced double-coil pickup whips up classic bright, highly dynamic guitar sounds, which explains why many of today's high-ranking guitarists have one installed in the neck position. To guarantee that real vintage feel, this pickup has not been wax-potted.
