General
If you want to switch from a 9-hole to an 11-hole Stratocaster pick guard, you’ll need extra screws. If you want to replace your old, worn-out Telecaster or Precision Bass screws, you’ll need new screws as well. No matter what, these screws always come in handy. This set consists of 24 original Fender chrome pick guard screws. That's enough to attach at least two pickguards and multiple control plates. These cross-head screws are 12.7 mm long and have a 2.5mm diameter, making them the only proper substitute screws for vintage and modern Fender guitars and bass guitars.

Schroefjes gebruikt om een brug cover te monteren. Geen voorgeboorde gaatjes dus. Schroefjes zijn scherp, gingen er met de schroeftol in als een heet mes door de boter.

I used these screws on the pickguard of a jackson adrian smith sdx. They are a bit longer than the jackson ones, so they fit even better. And also they look amazing.

Voordat ik deze schroefjes kocht was ik met eigen (oude) losse schroefjes aan het werk. Alles behalve ideaal. Het kost misschien wel wat, maar dan ben je ook gelijk klaar. Sowieso handig om kruiskop schroeven te hebben voor de slagplaat i.v.m. het slijten en dat de slagplaat nog wel eens los moet voor onderhoud.

De schroeven van mijn Fender Jaguar Bass waren helemaal verroest en ernstig aan vervanging toe. De prijs heb ik afgewogen tegen het gemak, het bespaarde me een toch naar de bouwmarkt ;) 16 euro voor de goude varianten vind ik wel een beetje aan de hoge kant, 4 euro kan nog wel uit.

Supersnelle verzending. Misschien iets te snel.. alle schroefjes waren uit het zakje geschud en lagen los in de doos. De meeste heb ik teruggevonden.
