Wonderful! the biggest plus to this is how comfortable it is to use. I found other guitar steels (the all chrome type) tended to slip , turn, have to be re positioned and sometimes dropped. This steel is. Well made, it sits beautifully in the hand and I have more control.

Met deze Shubb GS-1 is het een plezier om mee te spelen ook al ben je een beginneling. Je wijsvinger ligt perfect vast boven op de houten greep en zeker de vorm van de groef is perfect gemoduleerd. Kan de steel daardoor goed vasthouden, glijden en draaien op de snaren en levert nauwelijks problemen op.
Door een CVA heb ik namelijk mindert gevoel en grip in de vingers, waardoor de meeste andere na verloop van korte tijd uit de hand dreigen te glijden en voor mij oncontroleerbaar worden.
Voor mij is deze echt een uitkomst en geeft me mijn speelplezier terug in het bespelen van de lapsteel.
Ik geef deze steel geen 5 maar een 5++ sterren en is zeer aanbevelings-waardig. Zou echter nog blijder worden als deze zou worden aangeboden in verscheidene gewichten.
