General
Built to support an acoustic guitar, this steel-constructed stand has been designed by Dimavery to offer a solid solution for mid-song instrument swaps. The height can be adjusted between 80cm and 140cm, and the angle of the mounted instrument can also be tweaked to complete the perfect playing position. To ensure a secure, tailored fit, the width of the supporting arms has a 95cm to 120cm range, while the cradle has been coated in soft and protective foam.

A great bit of kit for very little money do agree on other comments as would love it to tilt slightly but seeing as it was great value for money I cant complain, easy to assemble and well built does exactly what if says on the tin more than happy and speedy delivery

Nearly perfect…
Wish it had the option to tilt the guitar back as if the knob that controls the angle of the guitar was maybe on a ball joint. Also, the adjustable arms that hold the guitar, do squeak unless you really tighten them against the guitar. I am nervous doing this as I feel it may damage the guitar.

One of the first concert video's I saw was Exit Stage Left by Rush. In the opening of The Trees and Closer To the Heart. Alex is playing an acoustic on a stand. This item is just the thing to re create those moments. It is surprisingly more sturdy than some reviewers lead me to believe.
And I've already thought how I can integrate it into other songs, Journey of the Sorcerer and Eye's without a Face being 2.
One trick I've already learnt is to set the stand up so you can pull back on to the 2 rear legs, playing like this with the front leg raised works for me.
It's a great bit of kit IMO.

Alors oui , après avoir lu les avis je confirme que pour une électrique il faut bricoler un peu , moi j'intercale un bon carré de mousse dans la partie basse entre la patte de le corps de la guitare , pas spécialement esthétique mais ça fonctionne . Pour la sortie jack, perso je met un coudé et ça le fait ^^ mais je reconnais qu'il est plus pensé pour une guitare acoustique effectivement !
Nota : pensez à bien serrer les différentes molettes , surtout celle du support préformé car une basse c'est lourd et malheureusement la première fois celle-ci est tombée !!
De toute façon , pas trouvé d'autres stands de ce genre donc on fait avec !

Ce support ne convient pas aux guitares électriques qui mesurent 4,5 cm d épaisseur ni aux guitares acoustiques de 8cm car la base est trop large :9 cm.
De plus rien n'est prévu pour passer le câble jack situé sous certaine guitare comme la Telecaster.
Je suis donc déçu.

Certes il n'est pas conçu pour guitare électrique ou basse, mais sitôt reçu je l'ai bricolé un peu (je donne la combine sur demande) et j'arrive à caler sans problème une guitare demi-caisse type 335 ou une basse. La stabilité est bonne. En plus peu de points de contact avec la partie en forme ce qui n'est pas plus mal et je donne une inclinaison nécessaire à l'instrument, ce qui n'est pas prévu sur ce modèle. Franchement pour le prix je suis très satisfait.
Le motif de mon achat ? Tendinite chronique à l'épaule qui ne m'autorise plus que 30 à 45 mn de jeu sans souffrances... Heu, j'ai 67 balais... Arrêter la musique ou chercher des solutions ? J'ai trouvé la solution et je me sens tellement à l'aise pour jouer que je compte en acheter un second (je joue guitare et basse...)Bises xxx
