NitorLACK N260784104 Nitrocellulose Lacquer Relic Gloss Clear is the perfect finishing lacquer for anyone who wants to give their electric guitar that characteristic weathered look. This lacquer has been optimised to create the so-called ‘crazing’ effect: small, natural cracks in the lacquer layer that give your instrument that genuine vintage feel. Use Relic Gloss as the final step after applying your primer, colour and clear top coats. Two to three thin coats are usually sufficient to enhance the desired effect, and temperature fluctuations can further accelerate the craquelure process. Once the finish is complete, you can polish or lightly sand the lacquer as desired. Ideal for anyone who wants to give their guitar that subtle, carefully aged look.
