NitorLACK N260798104 Nitrocellulose Lacquer Golden Age Clear is a plasticiser-free lacquer, similar to those used by Fender and Gibson in the 1960s. Thanks to its rigid formulation, applying it as a topcoat immediately creates an authentic, natural vintage look. The lacquer dries quickly and flows smoothly between the layers, resulting in a smooth, thin top coat that provides a deep sheen. This offers more than just aesthetic benefits: the rapid evaporation and thin film can also promote optimal resonance from the wood. As it ages, this lacquer develops fine hairline cracks for a subtle relic effect, without looking overdone.
