The RockCare Fret Rocker is a versatile measuring tool that lets you check if the frets on your string instrument are as flat as they should be. This can be easily carried out by placing one of the five edges over three frets. If the Fret Rocker remains still, you're frets are good to go. Is there a little wiggling room? Then the middle fret needs fixing. This smartly designed, stainless steel tool is suitable for various string instruments, from soprano ukuleles to long-scale bass guitars.
Fine-tune your instrument with the Fret Rocker
Warwick has outfitted the Fret Rocker with a millimetre and inch scale to measure and adjust various aspects of your instrument, such as string height, neck curvature, distance between the strings and pickup and bridge height. Basically, this multifunctional tool is as versatile as it is essential!

Prima product snel ontvangen als bestelling 1 van 2 (2de moet nog komen). De kleine Fret Rocker werd geleverd in 1 doos van 63 x 36 x 7 cm! Kon in principe in een envelop. Overdone dus. Daarom 3 sterren….

Uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Prima te gebruiken, is gemaakt van stevig materiaal, de schaalverdeling is in millimeter/inch en goed leesbaar.
Zelf heb ik het gebruikt om de string action en de hoogte van de pickups af te stellen.
Opmerking: Gebruik dit niet om je fret leveling mee te meten want daar is het veel te kort voor, gebruik daarvoor een neck straight edge (notched) tool voor!

Fretrocker met niet vlakke zijden is zonder problemen vervangen. De service is prima, de fretrocker niet.
Het vervangende exemplaar is ook niet goed. De zijkanten zijn ook niet vlak, als fretrocker niet te gebruiken.

Handige tool. Degelijk en compact formaat. Doordat alle zijdes andere lengtes hebben kan je op iedere positie op het fretboard de vlakheid van de frets controleren.
Gevoelsmatig zit er een liniaal te veel op. Hiervoor in de plaats had ik liever een action gauge gezien welke fijner is dan een halve millimeter. De zachte prijs maakt echter veel goed.
