With this 30-centimetre SEFD1-30 Frame Drum, Sela has created a modern take on one of the world's most traditional instruments. This frame drum - or hand drum - delivers a dark, deep and warm sound that lends itself perfectly to classical percussion or within folk/pagan music styles, but certainly also, for example, sound-baths, meditation or quiet music styles. The frame drum features a sturdy wooden construction, over which a genuine authentic goatskin is stretched. Unique to this frame drum is the air pressure tuning mechanism: by changing the pressure with the included air pump, you can adjust the pitch and tuning of the hand drum to your liking.
