Whether you're a stagehand, adventurer, or out to explore the deepest caves and caverns in search of hitherto unknown animal/plant life, a head lamp always comes in handy - you can see what you're doing while having both your hands free to do it. This Led Lenser H7R.2 is equipped with a very powerful Power LED lamp on the front and a small red lamp on the back, so you'll also be excellently visible from behind - which is great in traffic or if you're the leader of the expedition.

A Proper Upgrade

You may have guessed from its name that the Led Lenser H7R.2 is an upgraded version of the H7R. A number of improvements have been made. The H7R.2 has a maximum light output of no less than 160 lumens and a range of 160 metres. Naturally, these can be attenuated. At full force, the rechargeable battery lasts four whole hours, and should you want to take things a little easier, you can reach up to thirty hours at 20 lumen. In addition to the improved light output, this head torch also has a completely new design, SLT, three light programs and four light types. And that's not all, as Led Lenser fitted the H7R.2 with a Transport Lock function, a multi-switch with battery indicator, the aforementioned red light and a re-calibrated lens. The Led Lenser H7R.2 is splash proof, indicated by its IPX 4 rating.
