The Meinl Headliner HTHH1B-BK consists of 8 pairs of jingles attached to a solid and wearproof steel frame, just like its smaller sibling, the HTHH1BK. However, this one features jingles made of brass, which means it produces quite an impressive volume and blends in beautifully with the sound of your snare drum, hi-hat and cymbals. Impress your band members by further embellishing your grooves with a bright tambourine sound, which can be played by using the hi-hat pedal. As its frame is highly durable, you can also hit it with your drum sticks to give it a sharper sound. With its 5-inch frame, this instrument is quite compact, so you can easily store it in your stick bag, your cymbal bags, your hardware bags, or even in your pocket. This hi-hat tambourine is a great addition to any drummer or percussionist's arsenal. Of course, the HTHH1B-BK can also be used separately, as a standalone tambourine.
