They say that size matters, and in the case of the compact MA 400 it's the small size that makes all the difference! This headphone amplifier features a microphone input and XLR looping option with an integrated earth lift switch. It also has independently adjustable volume controls for microphone and monitor signals so you can always get the perfect mix. The MA 400 is equipped with a jack and mini-jack connector for connecting any type of headphone.

I bought 5 of these as a monitoring solution for musical theatre and I can honestly say they are actually amazing! They've got two inputs with level controls for each, one of which can be a mic, the other can be stereo if needed. I can send everyone in the pit click on one input and their own personalised mix on the other, allowing the musician to decide their own click level and mix volume. It's flexible enough for everything up to proper pro level, where the show usually has enough budget for an aviom or A&H system, and I'm finding them really useful. They are simple and incredibly cost effective - I managed to put together a five way monitor package including cabling and headphones for well under £200! Great stuff!
