If you want to connect your Shure BRH440M or BRH441M to a 5-pole XLR in/output, the Shure BCASCA-XLR5 comes in very handy. The cables of the broadcast headsets aren't fitted with any connector and you would usually have to solder a suitable connector on yourself. The BCASCA-XLR5 spare cable is already equipped with a 5-pin XLR connector, however.
