With ear cushions and a headband that feature memory foam, you're ensured a perfect fit at all times. The sound has been finely tuned to allow you to enjoy every little detail of your favourite music . You're guaranteed a deep low-end, a detailed mid-range, and a crystal-clear, open high-end.
Spirit Classic: sound
That great sound of Focal's Spirit Classics is largely thanks to the Mylar-Titanium drivers. The rigid, lightweight cone has an incredibly fast response and barely suffers distortion - you'll be amazed by the dynamics and the highly natural sound reproduction. As the over-ear cushions perfectly close off your ears, you won't be bothered by your surroundings, and your surroundings won't be bothered by you.
Accessories
The Spirit Classic headphones come with many great accessories. For instance, you'll get a four-metre OFC cable, allowing you to listen to your music from any corner of the room. Furthermore, the included short cable (1.4 metre) is great for mobile use and features an in-line remote control for your smartphone or MP3 player. Other accessories are a pouch, an airplane adapter, and a 1/4-inch stereo jack adapter.

Wrote the following about Focal Spirit Classic HiFi headphones
Ik zocht een headphone voor bij het keyboard en om lekker muziek te luisteren terwijl anderen tv kijken of er ander geluid is.
Ik heb de Sennheiser momentum over-ear geprobeerd (niet van bax-shop) , daar was ik binnen een uur mee klaar: ik heb zeker geen grote oorschelpen, maar het past niet, het drukt, en na korte tijd wil je het ding afzetten, het geluid wat trouwen niet slechter dan de focal. Vrij neutraal, niet iets wat opviel (maar dat lijkt me oke). Die werd het dus niet. Snel terugsturen.
Daarna een Bose TrueSound over-ear geprobeerd (niet van bax-shop). Die zit geweldig, is heel licht, maar het geluid is waardeloos. De oortjes van de iPhone klinken niet zo, dwz geen lage bassen, totaal niet. Ongelofelijk, zo beroerd en dat voor 185 euro. Snel terugsturen.
De derde was de Focal (wel van bax-shop gelukkig). Er zijn er drie, de Classic sprak me het meest op hun website vanwege het draagcomfort. Dat klopte ook, de schelpen zijn wat groter zodat het lekker zit. Het geluid is neutraal, hier ga ik lang plezier van hebben. Focal kende ik al van mn hifi speakers, erg fijn ja.
Nog wat advies bij je zoektocht naar een koptelefoon: youtube heeft veel prut demo's die veel tijd kostte (of ik klikte steeds de verkeerde..) , de website http://www.head-fi.org gaf wel nuttige info.
