The C5 Series 2 in-earphones are the successor of the original Bowers & Wilkins C5. They feature improved drivers that allow for even better sound quality. Just like their predecessor, the C5 Series 2 feature a Secure Loop design, which ensures comfortable, secure wearing of the in-ears. The user can choose from three different sizes of ear sleeves, further increasing comfort and sound isolation. Thanks to the completely revised design of the 9.2mm driver, the C5 Series 2 produce powerful, controlled low frequencies, resulting in a natural, open sound.

Wrote the following about Bowers & Wilkins C5 Serie 2 in-ear headphones
Ik heb deze oordoppen nu een half jaar, hiervoor had ik de Bose SoundTrue en daarvoor de Bose Triport IE, maar deze gingen stuk en omdat ik toch niet tevreden was over de hoge frequenties, ben ik overgestapt naar deze B&W's.
Deze oordoppen zijn ietsje duurder dan ik had, maar ze zijn die extra centen ook zeker waard! Zelfs de Bass (welke bij de Bose's ook zeer goed was) overtreft dit setje gemakkelijk. Uit de doos klinken ze prachtig vlak en nu heb ik ze met de EQ van Spotify naar mijn smaak ingesteld.
Ook het hoesje dat bijgeleverd wordt is niet alleen erg praktisch, ook is het erg mooi.
Dit is gewoon niet te vergelijken met de Beats Mixr die ik gehad heb. Ze zitten na een aantal uur gedragen te hebben erg fijn en als je de goede plugs hebt gevonden klinken ze echt fantastisch.
Ze zijn zeker aan te raden. Ze zijn voor iedereen die het geld ervoor over heeft (en een iPhone heeft, met Samsung tablet heb ik ze getest en hierbij werkten ze gewoon niet. Ook met Samsung telefoons werkt de afstand bediending niet) geschikt.
Pluspunten;

- Lange garantie welke ook kabelbreuk dekt

Minpunten
- De kabel is dun, ik heb liever een iets dikkere en robuustere kabel
- De jack is recht, ik heb liever eentje met een rechte hoek, omdat je dan kabelbreuk grotendeels voorkomt - Je moet de goede plugs erbij zoeken om de beste bass reflex te krijgen
- Werkt alleen optimaal met Apple producten (voor mij geen probleem, maar misschien voor een ander)
