General

The EVID C8.2HC is a ceiling speaker set from Electro-Voice, designed specifically as a solution for high ceilings. The two speakers have an 8-inch woofer and a 1-inch tweeter and offer high-quality sound. Suitable for music playback or the sound of a voice for intelligible announcements. The transformer gives you a choice between 7.5 watts (via a 70V line), 15, 30 and 60 watts via 70 or 100 volt lines and 8-ohm bypass. All easily adjusted by a rotary knob on the front. Because of a protection system, the loudspeakers are safe from overloading across the entire bandwidth, which is important for the durability of the devices.
