Environmentally friendly and joyful: the Fender Festival cable is a unique instrument cable designed in honour of the 50 year jubilee of Woodstock Festival. These colourful cables are housed in a 100% hemp sheath and all other materials used, right down to the packaging, are recyled! The core is a thick 22 AWG and is made with 99.95% oxygen-free copper with a further 95% oxygen free copper shield for the best possible carry of signal with limited noise or interference. For optimal transmission between your instrument and amp, the jacks are 24 karat gold plated. This is an ample 10 metre (10 foot) cable with one straight and one right angled jack.

Het is een waar feest om met deze kabels te spelen en ik zou bijna willen beweren dat alles wat je speelt ook écht iets feestelijker klinkt. Prima stevige kabels. Een stukje krimpkous bij de connectors had chique geweest en een variant met twee hoek-, gehoekte, gebogen, geknakte, haakse (ja, dat is 'm) connectors had ik nog handiger gevonden.

De kabels hebben niet de neiging om zichzelf steeds op te rollen. Ze blijven dus mooi liggen zoals jij dat wil. Hoewel de stijlvolle mantel van deze kabel gemaakt is van 100% hennep, kan ik je afraden om hem te roken. Het is vooral mooi om te zien. De rest van de plant is indien gewenst elders te verkrijgen. Ik hoor geen ongewenste bijgeluiden wanneer ik de kabel gebruik. Een goede kabel en dus een aanrader.
