Ik had een Ricatech rr 4000 b stock toestel gekocht met schade. Geen probleem want de foto's waren goed en ik heb dat geaccepteerd. Helaas zat er geen afstand bediening en handleiding bij, en die heb je voor bepaalde functies wel nodig. Dit was niet vermeld bij de b stock omschrijving. De rr 4000 jukebox is gewoon te leveren, maar een eenvoudige afstand bediening niet volgens Bax na contact te hebben gehad met de importeur. Een zeer kwalijke zaak lijkt mij voor een product dat nog gewoon te koop is. Helaas geen oplossing geboden, dus toch wel een teleurstelling.
