General
The body of the Meinl KA9P-AB kalimba has been made from Brazilian rubber wood and finished with nine steel tines tuned to a' c'' c' a' A f' e' e'' b'. This rhythmic instrument has a comfortable, ergonomic playing feel and the tongues are extra wide to enhance accuracy, while the nut has been made from stable chrome-plated steel. Fully gig-ready, the KA9P-AB comes fitted with an internal Shadow pickup and preamp system and a standard jack output and volume pot on the rear for full control over the on-stage sound.
